THANK YOU SO MUCH, DAQMAN: Two winners on the day gave Daqman a profit of 29 points yesterday. They were Arctic Feeling (WON 6-4), who made it look easy in the mud at Epsom, and Ever So Much (WON 6-4), yet another for Tony McCoy at Sedgefield.

FOUR BETDAQ RACES AT KEMPTON: Daqman checks out the four consecutive BETDAQ-sponsored races at Kempton Park tonight, all interesting handicaps, feature among them the £11,500-guaranteed Betdaq £50 Free Bet Handicap over a mile.

JADE LOOKS THE VALUE AT CARLISLE

Some decent contests this afternoon at Carlisle. A seven race card all on the flat opening at 2.00 but I am waiting until the final three races to have a go.

The seven furlong handicap at 4.00 is the first of three strong enough races and as is to be expected in the London Series Qualifiers.

Henry The Aviator, Chinese Jade and Bahamian C are all trading at similar prices this morning and each look to hold strong chances. Bahmahian C may have reached his limits at a mark of 75 while Henry The Aviator is dropping back to a mark which he won off last July.

He hasn’t been able to hold that form until last time out however when he finished third behind Maverik at Leicester and he looks to be the main danger.

The exceptionally well bred Chinese Jade, by Cape Cross, out of Group 1 winner, Chinese White, is quite a consistent sort and returned to better form last time, albeit over 10 furlongs at Bath. The drop back to seven shouldn’t prove beyond her having won over the trip last year and she can return to her best form today.

Despite being well held last time out, Senor George can return to winning ways in the penultimate contest over 9 furlongs.

Having won at Carlisle in June over a mile, there is possibly still more room for improvement in the gelding and having swtiched from Tony Coyle’s to Brian Ellison’s after winning, I think we can expect a better run from him today.

In the concluding race over a mile and six furlongs, eight go to post and there could be a strong pace on here with three or four that like to be quite prominent.

Late Shipment is the early favourite on BETDAQ and he made all when winning a decent race at Newmarket in July. Although he couldn’t confirm that form at Nottingham last time out, it was in a slightly better race and he is going to take a lot of beating today.

As a saver, provided all eight run, I am going with an each way bet on A Southside Boy, who has a bit to find on form with the others, Joe Doyle takes a very valuable five pounds off and could go close also.

Over at Catterick, I am looking no further than the 3.40 and the top weight, Little Shambles belied massive odds of 50/1 last time out to take second in a good race at York won by the improving Bragging from the Michael Stoute yard.

He is taking a sharp drop in class to this race and having won over course and distance back in July, I think it will take a good horse to stop him today if he runs anywhere close to his York form.

QUEEN OF BETDAQ RACES AT KEMPTON

BETDAQ 3% Commission Nursery Handicap (7.25 Kempton Park)

The first of four BETDAQ sponsored races kicks off at 7.25 at the London track with a Handicap for 2 Year olds over a mile.

This probably isn’t the best quality race we’ll see this year but it looks to be a good opportunity for the Godolphin owned Winter Queen to finally get her head in front. She was just held last time out over course and distance with slightly better opposition to beat and she can go one better tonight.

Jet Mate is the most obvious danger to Winter Queen but I think he will need to improve a bit more to beat the favourite.

BETDAQ £50 FREE BET HANDICAP (London Mile Series Qualifier) (7.55 Kempton Park)

This is a much better race with some decent sorts taking on each other over a mile which should provide a decent winner.

Homage looked good when returning to winning ways on turf at Windsor last time out, his first start for Willie Haggas. He has won on the Polytrack here previously and comes here with a big chance once more, however, I would have reservations about whether a Handicap mark of 94 is just slightly beyond him.

Buckstay is a non runner, which opens this up further and brings Musaddas into play for Godolphin having run well last time out over course and distance off a 2lb lower mark.

The value however, looks to be with the Jeremy Noseda trained Sloane Avenue who won very easily on his debut under Frankie Dettori at Lingfield before taking a huge step up in class in May at Newmarket in a Listed event. Coming back to a Class 3 event here looks like a much better opportunity and he could be hard to beat.

BETDAQ NO PREMIUM CHARGE HANDICAP (8.25 Kempton Park)

Louis Steward hit the headlines last weekend when storming to his biggest win to date on Mutual Regard in the Ebor. His riding qualities can again come to the fore in this two mile event on the Lady Cecil trained Perfect Summer who has run very well in three of her four starts this season.

Sir Frank Morgan is another with a huge chance and epitomises all that there is in a Mark Johnston horse having won four out of four on the Polytrack over tonight’s trip.

See And Be Seen could be the one in this competitive race who won over course and distance back in June and is reunited with James Doyle again, who can complete a double on the card. He stays very well and ran very close at York last week behind Itlaaq and wouldn’t need much more to win this.

WIN £10,000,000 ON THE BETDAQ COLOSSUS FILLIES´ HANDICAP (8.55 Kempton Park)

The concluding race at Kempton this evening is another competitive looking race with last year’s winner Trucanini having a go again off a five pound higher mark and has another good chance here this evening but needs to improve a little more on his other runs this year to go close.

David Lanigan’s Interception is the likely favourite and should not be too far away but may be better suited to six furlongs on the Polytrack having racked up a hat-trick on the surface last year.

Instead the Godolphin trained Maria Belle may be the best alternative for Charlie Appleby and William Buick. This is a lightly raced daughter of Raven’s Pass who hasn’t finished worse than third in five starts which include two wins over seven furlongs and a mile and I think she will be the one again tonight in the finale.
