Serbia will travel to France to face Laurent Blancā€™s team, who are a side on a great run of form. Since Blanc took over in June 2010, France have lost just two of their 21 fixtures, and are currently on a unprecedented 19 match unbeaten run. France look a far superior outfit than Raymond Domenechā€™s World cup ā€˜flopsā€™ in 2010.

The hosts face a Serbia team who arrive at the Stade Auguste-Delaune, Reins in terrible form. The Serbs have lost four of their last six and have failed to score in five of those matches. However, last time out in Sinisa Mihaijovicā€™s first game as manager against World Champions Spain, the Serbs showed some gradual progress. The new manager has installed some pride and spirit back into the Serbianā€™s play, two qualities that had been missing in recent matches.

The two teamsā€™ fortunes could not be more contrasting, as Blanc has his team playing the kind of football that saw them land the World Cup in 1998 and the European Championships in 2000. This is evident from the fact that they have won 13 out of their last 19 internationals. The French will be looking to continue this good run of results into the Euroā€™s and look likely to put in another impressive performance against Serbia on the way to victory.
