PREVIEW
The beleaguered Rafael Benitez takes his Chelsea side to the Romanian capital to take on Steaua Bucharest this evening.

Chelsea have only once before faced a Romanian side in Europe, in the 2008/09 Champions League group stages. They drew 0-0 away at CFR Cluj before winning 2-1 at home.

Steaua might be without a win in five games against English sides in Europe, drawing one and losing four, but, on home soil, they have only lost one of their seven clashes with sides from England (excluding qualifiers), a reverse to Arsenal in October 2007.

English teams have also scored a total of just four goals in seven away games at Steaua and never more than once in a single game. Overall the Romanian giants have won six and lost just two of their last 12 home games in Europe.

The Blues might have lost only two of their last 12 away games in all competitions, but these have come in their last four on the road.

Benitez’s men have a huge FA Cup tie with Manchester United on the weekend, so it will be interesting to see if he rests any of his players.

Either way, Bucharest have enough about them to take a draw from this match and, at around 3.5 on BETDAQ, that looks worth backing.

RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)
Back the draw at around 3.5 on BETDAQ: 4 points

Wednesday: -4.00 points
MARCH RETURN TO DATE: +2.72 points
