The qualifying rules are that the group winners, runners-up, and the best third-placed team (with the results against the sixth-placed team discarded) reach the finals. Slovenia are only fourth but could get to third with a win over Estonia tonight.
Belarus and Luxembourg on the other hand look to be only playing for pride and the home side should grab the win.
