Man City struggle when it comes to the Champions League and it was a pitiful night last night for both Chelsea and Arsenal but I’m keeping the faith with Man City who face a Monchengladbach side who leak goals and have got off to a poor start in the Bundesliga.
Real Madrid should prove the safest leg of the treble (famous last words I know). Even with a weakened team ahead of their derby clash with Atletico Madrid at the weekend they should prove too strong for Malmo who bizarrely have shrunk their pitch by cutting one full metre off each side so that Real Madrid find less space to exploit moving forward !!!
PSG will have a tough battle to get past Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine. Shakhtar have lost only three of the last 16 home games in the Champions League — winning eight – but PSG are looking good at the top of Ligue 1 and scoring plenty of goals.
