PREMIER LEAGUE FRIDAY: We preview Friday’s Premier League game between EVERTON v BURNLEY with a recommended BETDAQ bet and extended stats.

EVERTON V BURNLEY

8pm The Premier League run-in continues on Friday night as Everton host Burnley. We will definitely see way more important games this weekend as Everton are certain of a midtable finish and Burnley are safe now in 15th position – so both sides will only be playing for pride here. Everton have managed to beat Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea in their last three home games without conceding; so it should be a tough night ahead for Burnley.

The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; Everton 1.64, Burnley 6.4 and the draw is 4.2. While Everton have been playing well against the bigger sides, so have Burnley – they performed very well against Manchester City last weekend; only losing 1-0 in a close game and prior to that they drew 2-2 with Chelsea. Everton have kept clean sheets in their last four games here, but Burnley have finished the season strongly so this should be a decent game to watch.

Perhaps we will see a more attacking game here with both sides playing with more freedom given their league positions. Over 2.5 goals is slightly odds on at 1.92 and given the goals that Burnley have been scoring, that will make appeal to many at 1.92. However Everton have been very impressive at the back here recently – to not concede against United, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool is quite an achievement. We feel it will be the home form of Everton that makes the difference here and although overs is tempting given we could see an open affair, we prefer the home win at 1.64 which looks great value looking at the way Everton have been playing here recently.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
