PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Sunday’s Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet. It’s SOUTHAMPTON v EVERTON, BURNLEY v ARSENAL and HUDDERSFIELD v MAN CITY.
SOUTHAMPTON V EVERTON
1.30pm This is a very interesting match, between two struggling sides. Southampton have really struggled to score this season, and they continue to underperform. Everton have been one of the most talked about teams this season, for all the wrong reasons. They were embarrassed midweek in the Europa League, losing 5-1 at home to Atalanta and there’s no doubt that their fans will want a strong reaction to that.
The thing is though, are the players capable of it? The squad looks disjointed, and they have yet to find a system. We keep saying this, and here we are 12 games into the season – they should be improving and they just aren’t – they got things badly wrong in the summer transfer market. The problem for betting on this one is Southampton are odds on, and it’s nearly impossible to back a side who have struggled in front of goal as much as they have at odds on. We feel that both sides will cancel each other out here, and while backing 0-0 is tempting, the draw at 3.55 looks too big.

BURNLEY V ARSENAL
2pm Burney sit 7th in the table and are having a wonderful start to the season. Arsenal are one spot ahead of them, only on goal difference though as both sides have 22 points. With Burnley having home advantage and Arsenal beatable away from home, its very surprising to see Arsenal as short at 1.6 to win here. Burnley have won their last three coming into this one, without conceding a goal too! With Burnley’s performances this season and Arsenal’s away form, we cant look past the Arsenal lay here at 1.6 and are going to keep things simple and look no further – it looks the bet of the day from a value point of view.

HUDDERSFIELD V MANCHESTER CITY
4pm We had a shock midweek in the Champions League with City – they “only” won 1-0! We’ve got used to them thrashing sides, and with Huddersfield conceding 15 goals in their last six games, City can get back to their goal scoring ways here and easily win. Huddersfield did beat United here this season, however it’s impossible to see City losing in the form that they are in at the moment. City are as big as 1.95 on the -2 goal Asian Handicap and that looks massive, remember it’s bets void if they win by exactly two. It’s hard to not see City scoring plenty here given Huddersfield’s most recent performances and we feel that City will easily cover the handicap. They look untouchable at the moment.
