PREMIER LEAGUE SUNDAY: We preview Sunday’s four Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet including LIVERPOOL v ARSENAL at 4pm.

CHELSEA V EVERTON

1.30pm Chelsea got back to winning ways last weekend away to Spurs, in what was an unexpected win if you were going by the betting, as Spurs traded around 2.1 prior to kick off. That result would have settled plenty of doubts given the way they played their first game of the season when losing at home to Burnley, and they’ll look to build on that as they face an Everton side who had a tough game in the Europa League on Thursday night.

Chelsea are hot favourites, however given the way Everton played and defended against City to get a draw last Monday night, maybe the 1.47 on a Chelsea win is too short. City did lose a man early in the game though, and maybe we can judge Everton better after this game – at the moment they seem to have spent well in the transfer market, and they have started the season well. Everton have looked very solid at the back, and with Chelsea still missing players, we like under 2.5 goals at 2.02 which looks too big in what should be a close game.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 2.02.

WEST BROM V STOKE

1.30pm Many people were quick to write off Stoke after their opening day defeat, they probably had good reasons to as well given their poor transfer market – however they shocked everyone when beating Arsenal last weekend. West Brom have been very solid at the start of the season, recording two 1-0 wins. This game just screams unders, however under 2.5 goals is trading as short as 1.53 and that looks too short for us to back. We’re going to take a chance here and go for 0-0 in the correct score market at 8.0 – this game looks like it will be really close, and with only 14 goals in the last ten meetings between these sides, 0-0 looks worth backing at the odds.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Correct Score 0-0 at 8.0.

LIVERPOOL V ARSENAL

4pm The highlight of this weekend in the Premier League. We’ve only had two weekends thus far in the Premier League, and we already have some Arsenal fans calling for Wenger Out after their loss to Stoke – when will it ever end! Liverpool were very impressive midweek in their Champions League Qualifier, and Klopp’s men have a great chance to make the Arsenal fans even more unhappy here.

The odds at the time of writing currently trade; Liverpool 2.2, Arsenal 3.55 and the draw is 3.75. The thing that makes this one interesting is that for all Liverpool are superb going forward, they are still really lacking at the back – and this is the type of game that Arsenal can surprise plenty of punters in. So the Liverpool lay is appealing at around the 2.2 mark, however with both sides being so attacking and what should be an open game, we like over 3.5 goals more at 2.56 which looks great value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 3.5 goals at 2.56.

TOTTENHAM V BURNLEY

4pm Spurs would have been bitterly disappointed to lose to Chelsea in their opening home game at Wembley, and after their desperate record in Europe here, if they don’t win this one the questions about whether Wembley suits them will continue to build up. The markets expect a comfortable win, with Spurs trading as short as 1.27, with Burnley 15.0 and the draw at 6.6.

Burnley produced an opening day shock away to Chelsea when winning 3-2, however it was disappointing to then see them lose 1-0 at home to West Brom. Spurs should win this one quite easily, however 1.27 is too short to back, and with their poor record at Wembley, they could easily make hard work of winning. With that in mind, we like under 2.5 goals at 2.34 which looks a few ticks too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Under 2.5 goals at 2.34.
