PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Thursday’s Premier League game between WEST HAM v MAN U with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

WEST HAM V MANCHESTER UNITED

7.45pm Manchester United arrive into London on Thursday night needing just one point from their final two games to seal second position in the table. They are ahead of Spurs on goal difference too at the moment, however two losses and a win for Spurs would likely see their positions change on goal difference. There’s no real difference between second and third in the Premier League these days with both going straight through to the Champions League group games; however Mourinho will no doubt want the best possible finish.

United performed lazily last time out when losing when losing away to Brighton, and if they play like that again here; West Ham should beat them. The match odds at the time of writing currently trade; West Ham 4.8, Manchester United 1.83 and the draw is 4.0.

It’s difficult to commit to backing United at 1.83 after seeing their performance against Brighton. Mourinho was seething afterwards and no doubt gave his players a dressing down afterwards. The fact remains though that they have little to play for here and that does effect the players mentality. Focus will switch to the FA Cup semi final too – they may even be preparing for that already.

Both sides have had plenty of goals in their games this season and with the pressure off sides at the end of the season, we could easily see a very open game here. Over 2.5 goals is currently trading 1.82 and compared to the United price; we see much more value in over 2.5 goals and that will be our best bet for tonight.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Over 2.5 goals at 1.82.
