Good news is that Limerick is on.
Officials had planned to check conditions at 8am but were able to give the meeting the thumbs up earlier than planned.
Horse Racing Ireland tweeted: “Limerick will go ahead today following track inspection, ground remains heavy.”
Safest bet on a tricky card should be The Paparrazi Kid. His form figures of 1-2222 (including two odds-on defeats) suggest he’s one for the layers rather than the backers but the Willie Mullins trained runner has been running in better class races and his Leopardstown conqueror last time out, Anonis, had previously won a Cheltenham bumper at odds of 25/1.
We’re not going to get rich but hopefully can extend the naps to 6 out of 7.
