SHAMROCK NAPS HAT-TRICK BID: SHAMROCK bids for a hat-trick of NAPS today after Friday’s nap Panama Hat won the Diamond Stakes at Dundalk at 8/11.

Hope you backed Panama Hat last night at Dundalk, a short price in the end but he won well. Did you trying nudging up a price or two on BETDAQ to get better odds and a flat 2% COMMISSION RATE on the race ??

I’m after a hat-trick of naps today.

We’ll miss the old boy Sizing Europe in this afternoon’s PWC Champion Chase (Grade 2) at Gowran Park. He won the last four runnings of this race.

His trainer, Henry de Bromhead, still has a good chance of plundering the prize though with his seven-year-old Shanahan’s Turn who was mighty impressive when landing the valuable and prestigious Galway Plate. He defied his 16/1 price tag to run out a five and a half length winner. Fresh from a two month break I think he will take a lot of beating.

Willie Mullins saddles three of the runners and on jockey bookings Alelchi Inois (Walsh) looks the pick. He’s a real in and out performer though who is just as likely to be pulled up as he is to win and looked out of sorts when pulled up in the Kerry National at Listowel last time out.

The Gordon Elliott trained Clarcam looks the biggest danger. He has been off the track since winning at Aintree.
