SHAMROCK LANDS 5/6 WINNING NAP: SHAMROCK’s nap and only bet of the day HAT ALNASAR WON AT 5/6 at Dundalk last night.
A nice winning nap last night at Dundalk and there was plenty of odds against available for most of the day on BETDAQ.
Just four runners go to post for the Irish Stallion Farms E.B.F. Novice Chase at 3.15 and looks to provide Sizing Granite with the perfect opportunity to follow up his Naas success last time out.
He jumped mainly well that day to land a novice chase comfortably and had the hot favourite from Willie Mullins’ yard Blood Cotil back in third. He had previously unseated his rider in the Grade 2 Craddockstown Novice Chase so is clearly highly thought of and this race looks like a stepping stone to bigger races.
He has a double penalty so life won’t be easy but he is still preferred to chief market rival One Cool Shabra who was second in handicap company at Naas last time out.
