SLIGO JUMPS ACTION: SHAMROCK looks ahead to Tuesday’s jumps card at Sligo with a nap running in the maiden hurdle at 6.10.
Speirling is overdue a first success but the door should finally open for him in the 6.10 at Sligo tonight.
This is a really poor contest and Speirling has achieved enough to suggest he should outclass his rivals here.
Certainly, a reproduction of his fourth at Galway last time out should be good enough.
Yeats Mardy has run well enough in maiden hurdles at Limerick and Gowran during the summer and could be the biggest danger in a race where very few have strong enough credentials to win.
