DUNDALK NAP: SHAMROCK heads to Dundalk on Wednesday for his NAP running in the one mile four furlong maiden at 2.40pm.

Dances With Stars looks worthy of NAP status in the 2.40 at Dundalk this afternoon.

The Joseph O’Brien trained runner was a beaten favourite here last time out but beaten by less than a length and should be suited by the extra distance here.

This doesn’t look the strongest of contests – the Paul Nolan trained Quamino has come in for a little early support on the BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE after his flat debut fourth here earlier in the month. He has plenty of experience over hurdles and fences so certainly lacks nothing in the stamina department.

He is preferred to S’all Good Man who was a good course and distance second last time out but beaten five lengths and probably needs to improve to land this.

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
