GALATASARAY V TOTTENHAM

5.45pm The Europa League is back on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE! Spurs and Manchester United are back in action, and we have two intriguing games. United find themselves in a terrible position down the table, but it’s been the opposite for Spurs – they come into this matchday with a perfect three from three record. Only Lazio and Anderlecht have won their three games too, but this is the start of a little difficult run for Spurs. Galatasaray is always a tough place to come, then Spurs meet Roma and although there’s a huge gulf in class between the leagues, Rangers away will be a reasonably difficult evening with the atmosphere. Spurs have been playing some excellent football this season though, and they deserve to be higher up the Premier League table. We have a very open betting heat here, and Galatasaray hot into the game as the favourites with home advantage. Galatasaray are trading 2.47 with Spurs 2.88 and the draw is 4.0 at the time of writing. Spurs have played three very weak sides on paper so far in the Europa League, but this is a tough test and Ange Postecoglou can’t afford to rest any of his main starting XI here – unlike the previous three games.

Galatasaray have also had a pretty easy fixture list on paper, and all of their games have been very open. Over 2.5 goals backers have collected in their three games, their last Europa League fixture was 4-3! The market is expecting goals here with Over 2.5 goals trading 1.48 and Both Teams To Score is three ticks shorter at 1.45. Spurs have been creating a lot this season – they have the second highest attacking figure in the Premier League with only Manchester City creating more. A mistake at the back is never far away with Spurs though, and generally goal backers have enjoyed a good spell in Spurs games. Over 2.5 goals has collected in seven of their ten Premier League games. We know what to expect from Galatasaray with a very open game and I do feel that will suit Spurs – they have been impressive going forward, and they will get chances here. The 2.88 is a tempting bet on Spurs, and indeed I couldn’t put anyone off it, however this game screams goals and I’m very happy to take the 1.48 on Overs.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Over 2.5 goals at 1.48 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

MANCHESTER UNITED V PAOK

8pm We finish Thursday night with Manchester United hosting PAOK. You could have said this about United a lot this season, but this is really a game that they should be winning. Granted, there was no excuse for not beating Twente here in the first Europa League matchday. There’s a lot going on with United at the moment – obviously the board have moved for Ruben Amorim but he’s not in the job yet. Apparently the players want Ruud van Nistelrooy to still be involved after the change in management, and it’ll be very interesting to see how that actually plays out. Ruud has obviously been very positive around the players, but if he actually does stay involved that would be a sign of player power – which is what you don’t want to see. You almost want to see Ruben Amorim burn everything to the ground and start again because this squad has thrown multiple managers under the bus now. From a Ruben Amorim point of view, he comes with a huge reputation with multiple clubs wanting his services – there’s a chance he could end up looking “clueless” just as Erik ten Hag did given how many things are wrong at the club.

Given the gulf in class between the sides, United come into the game as the heavy odds on favourites. Manchester United are trading 1.28 with PAOK 12.0 and the draw is 7.2 at the time of writing. In terms of including United in a midweek Acca – it’s pretty easy to stay away from them at 1.28 here. They should obviously win the game, but you just don’t know what you’re going to get from this United side at the moment. After an exceptionally open win against Leicester in the Carabao Cup, they looked there for the taking at the weekend against Chelsea in a 1-1 draw. PAOK had to come through the qualifiers to get here, and they have really struggled in the tournament. Galatasaray were able to put three past them, but they did score too. This is definitely a game for small stakes, and I like Both Teams To Score at 1.96. United have been very loose at the back, and PAOK can find the net at some stage in what should be a high scoring game.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Both Teams To Score at 1.96 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
