NORMAL DAY AT THE OFFICE FOR MULLINS AND WALSH: The pair look likely to take the first two races on the card at Tramore this afternoon.
Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh look set for another good day with fancied runners in the opening two races at Tramore this afternoon.
In the opener there are 12 runners but there are only very few on paper with a realistic chance of winning. Supreme Ballerina for Mullins/Walsh will go off the hot favourite despite a slightly disappointing run at Cheltenham last month when a beaten favourite.
She had previously won two bumpers at Limerick and Wexford and is still of great interest in a race as modest as this.
In the 1.05 Wicklow Gold can give Mullins and Walsh a double. Again, it’s more by the fact of the paucity of the opposition that makes him the pick. His recent fourth at Clonmel should be good enough form to take this.
