8pm Just the one game in Europe on Sunday which comes from La Liga as Real Betis host Osasuna! Real Betis are having a good season as they sit nicely in the top ten, while Osasuna are under pressure in a relegation scrap. Betis have been on a great run recently, however their xG figures don’t exactly back up their run. For example, they drew 2-2 with Real Sociedad but xG finished 2.08 to 0.79 for Sociedad. Osasuna have pulled themselves out of the bottom three with a win over Granada and a draw with Valencia.
The win over Granada was impressive, but Valencia have been poor this season. This should be a good game. There’s a lot on the line for Osasuna, and they will view games like this as a chance to pick up some points. I’m a big fan of Betis here however, and the 1.94 is very much worth taking.
Although the recent xG figures from Betis aren’t eye-catching, when you look back a few games they do stand out. It’s a tricky time too; as the Spanish sides have had a lot of domestic Cup action recently too. However, Betis have created xG’s of 2.91, 2.36 and 2.94 recently. They were very unlucky to draw against Sevilla with the game finishing with an xG of 2.36 to 0.27 to Betis.
While Betis will be my best bet at here at 1.94, I also couldn’t put anyone off over 2.5 goals at around 2.1 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange. I think these two will gel together well and we’ll have a pretty good game with plenty of action. Osasuna don’t create as much as Betis, but I don’t agree with overs being odds against. However, for me Betis win and the 1.94 is nice value.
