BUNDESLIGA / LA LIGA PREVIEW: Our European football tipster The Ultra previews Friday’s games between ARMINIA BIELEFELD v WOLFSBURG and REAL BETIS v GETAFE both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
ARMINIA BIELEFELD V WOLFSBURG
7.30pm We have two excellent markets on BETDAQ Betting Exchange for Friday night football from Europe! We start in the Bundesliga with Arminia Bielefeld taking on Wolfsburg. Bielefeld managed to get a draw on Monday night with Bayern Munich, but as I suggested in that preview; Bayern were just fresh off a busy week when winning the UEFA Club World Cup and they were likely to be a little off their usually form. Take nothing away from Bielefeld though; they still played very well. They are still sitting in 16th place, in the relegation playoff spot, but they are now level on points with Hertha Berlin and they have a game in hand too with only three points to Koln.
Although Bielefeld played Bayern at a good time, I feel it’s a good time to back Wolfsburg here. They come into the game in great form, although we couldn’t land a bet on them to beat Gladbach at the weekend it was a very even 0-0 and they have been putting the lesser sides away easily in recent weeks. They are unbeaten in seven Bundesliga games and they have created some nice xG figures too. I feel they are too big at 1.7 here and I would have them closer to 1.6. Bielefeld shipped eight goals before conceding three against Bayern and when you look at Wolfsburg’s figures you can see they are very solid at the back. Bielefeld won’t get many chances here, and I can see Wolfsburg comfortably outscoring them.

REAL BETIS V GETAFE
8pm We move over to La Liga to finish Friday night football as Real Betis host Getafe. Betis have been playing well lately and sit nicely in 7th position in the table. That is a huge improvement on last season as they finished down in 15th; indeed this would be their highest finish since 2017/18 if they could stay there. I feel this is a good time to back them as they come into this clash in good form, and Getafe are on a terrible run at the moment. You can get 2.16 on Betis and I believe they should be a shade of odds on. They grinded out a 2-1 win last weekend in a tight game with Villarreal and although they lost to Barcelona prior to that, they actually played very well creating an xG of 2.07.
Getafe have lost four of their last five games with a 0-0 draw against Alaves thrown in, and although they will say they had a tough fixture list, their performances haven’t been good. Their xG figures have been 0.32, 0.21, 0.23, 0.34 and 1.35 (conceded five in an open game). As you can see, those figures going forward and woeful and Betis have been creating some excellent chances lately. I can only see one winner here and everything points to Betis. It’s not often I have a Max Bet but I feel with the value on offer Betis have to be a Max Bet at the odds.
