PREVIEW
Alan Pardew’s Newcastle side head to Wales knowing a win will move them above Chelsea and leave them sitting just two points away from the Champions League places. However, Newcastle face a tough test against Brendon Rodgers’ Swansea side who have embraced the Premier League superbly this season, entertaining fans with their fluid passing football.

Many tipped Swansea to struggle in their first Premier League season, but they are sitting comfortably in mid-table and will be looking to enjoy their last few remaining games with no pressure of relegation.

In contrast Newcastle have everything to play for, and, on the back of three consecutive wins, Pardew will be hoping his side can do something, that, barring Man United, none of the teams above them have managed to achieve, and pick up three points at the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea’s success has been largely based on the back of their excellent home form, losing just three of their 15 fixtures. Rodgers’ side won three out of four in March and will be looking to continue their good form by picking up another big scalp at home.

Similarly to Swansea, Newcastle’s success has been based around their home form and they have beaten just one team in the top half of the Premier League away from St James Park this season. However, with two strikers in top form and a convincing 3-1 victory at West Brom on their last away outing, I fully expect Newcastle to get at least a point in a high scoring open game. At around 2.45 on BETDAQ I would advise backing the draw.
