BETDAQ RACES AT KEMPTON: The weather has done it’s best to disrupt today’s racing but the BETDAQ sponsored card at Kempton goes ahead and DAQMAN focusses on the purple races.

A frosty start to 12/12/12 and unfortunately the weather has seen off Leicester and Hexham today and tomorrow’s racing, including the prestigious Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon has already been KO’d. You can read all the grim weather news in the BETDAQ TIPS news story – CLICK HERE

I suppose today being today I should latch on to:

Port Charlotte (3.00 Lingfield)
Suspension (2.15 Kempton)
Upper Echelon (3.15 Kempton)
Big Time Billy (4.45 Kempton)
Percythepinto (5.15 Kempton)
Valdaw (5.45 Kempton)

They are all ‘number 12’ in their respective races and the coincidence backers will no doubt be on. Of course to back them on that basis would be ridiculous (wouldn’t it ??) but how many of us can say we’ve never had a coincidence bet at some point or indeed drawn into the sport because of them !!!

Of course in the above cases the horses in question would have to finish 12th for the coincidence to be landed 🙁

I actually fancy Percythepinto in the 5.15 but enough of 12/12/12 and onto the BETDAQ sponsored races at Kempton.

2:15 Win Big With Betdaq Multiples Median Auction Maiden Stakes (2yo, Class 6, 6f, 9 runners) Whipper Snapper looks the worthy favourite and I make him the nap of the day despite being a maiden after four starts. He showed promise in two starts on soft ground on the turf before disappointing on a firmer surface at Goodwood.

However, he proved he could handle the all-weather with a good run in a big field at Lingfield last time out and his experience should see him through here. I expected him to be odds-on so at around 2.18 on BETDAQ has to be snapped up about the Snapper.

2:45 Back And Lay At betdaq.com Median Auction Maiden Stakes (3-5yo, Class 6, 7f, 9 runners) Kalokagathia now has a long string of 2’s next to his name and can add a 1 to the 2 here, well it is 12/12/12 (enough, Ed). It’s easy to be put off a horse with such a profile but each race has to be considered a separate event and the key thing here is that Kalokagathia has got the best form and the opposition looks weak. He should battle it out with Excellent Gem who himself already looks a little exposed.

3:15 Betdaq Mobile Apps/British Stallion Studs E.B.F. Maiden Stakes (Div 1) (2yo, Class 5, 1m, 12 runners) Rangi let supporters down at odds-on over seven furlongs here last time and I am far from convinced the extra furlong will suit. Obviously with him hailing from such a powerful yard (John Gosden) layers are not going to take too many chances but he is a lay for me at 2.15 on BETDAQ.

3:45 Betdaq Mobile Apps/British Stallion Studs E.B.F. Maiden Stakes (Div 2) (2yo, Class 5, 1m, 11 runners) No strong views here. Narrow preference for Ningara who showed promise on debut at Lingfield.

4:15 Betdaq Casino Games Nursery (2yo, Class 5, 1m, 9 runners) Jodies Jem landed the odds in good style last time and although stepped up in class looks far too big in the market and is a win and place tempter.

DAQMAN’S BETS:
BET 12pts win (nap) WHIPPER SNAPPER (2.15 Kempton)
BET 6pts win KALOKAGATHIA (2.45 Kempton)
LAY TO WIN 10 POINTS RANGI (3.15 Kempton)
BET 3pts win and 5 pts place JODIES JEM (4.15 Kempton)
