BETDAQ IS THE HOME OF VALUE WITH PERCENTAGES IN YOUR FAVOUR: Daqman occasional articles over the next few weeks will open his book of secrets with a simple yet singular betting fact: you must be where the value is! No pro punter worthy of the name would bet without totting up the market. Daqman has found that BETDAQ does it for you! It’s the home of value. But he knew all along, didn’t he…

TODAY: Three bets from Catterick and Nottingham. Daqman keeps the stakes low with his staking plan guaranteeing a profit if one wins.

EVERYONE WINS WITH BETDAQ VALUE

You were a big winner at Goodwood. Yes, you! In fact, you and I, and all of us; we were all in a winning situation if we bet with BETDAQ. We had an edge in every race.

In flaunting my success last week, with back-to-back naps and winners at 11-1, 8-1 and 13-2, I displayed the BETDAQ offers I’d taken that were well ahead of the SP.

But I didn’t get to point out – though I have done so at big meetings before – that there was value in all the BETDAQ markets; ‘stunning value’ would only just be an adequate description.

Race after race you were getting total offers which added up, horse by horse, to huge percentage value over the SP.

Every morning the total percentage of the offers is given at the top of each race in the orange, and it’s more often than not only marginally into overround, maybe 104% average.

And super Saturdays are particularly beneficial because you don’t pay any BETDAQ commission, so that, all in all, you are betting as near a level playing-field as you can get.

The total percentages in offers available at Goodwood on Saturday morning at 10.30 a.m. were 101, 103, 104, 101, 104, 103 and 106, in race order.

Compare those with the Total SP percentages for the same races, published afterwards in the Racing Post: 114, 129, 118, 110, 128, 120 and 117. Need we say more?

Yes, in fact, I will be saying more, as part of my usual summer betting features on value. When I do, it’s not just a case of ‘new readers start here’ but of old readers counting their blessings once again.

NO LOVE FOR FAVOURITE

⭕ 3.55 Catterick True Romance could be a favourite to take on. The grey only scrambled home at Bath last time out in a blanket finish and might be vulnerable, even though only up 3lb. He is a course and distance winner but that came on good to soft ground and it will be faster today.

A more appealing punt is the reliable Bouncing Bobby who has improved on each of his three starts for Martin Todhunter and it might prove to be 13th time lucky for a first win.

There was plenty to like about the way he chased home the favourite Battle Angel at Hamilton last week – particularly notable was the fact the pair pulled five lengths clear of the third horse.

He was a soundly beaten runner-up on his previous trip to Catterick but that came on soft ground and he should be much more at home on today’s surface.

THAT’S MY BOY

⭕ 4.25 Catterick The locally trained Myboymax steps up in trip but was staying on so well when winning at Yarmouth last time out (1m 2f) that the extra two furlongs may even suit him better and he is napped to defy his 7lb hike in the weights.

Micky Hammond’s runner was formerly trained by Richard Hannon but has shown improved form for the move north and step up in distance.

Edgar Allan Poe is a multiple winner who ran well over course and distance when third last time out and should again run his race on the quicker ground but is notably weak in the early BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE betting.

WHISPER FOR SILENT

⭕ 8.20 Nottingham Asadjumeirah was a course and distance winner here two starts ago but comfortably held subsequently at Ffos Las.

BETDAQ market leader (at the time of writing) Boogie Time won well at Doncaster last time out but will find life tougher under a 6lb rise and ran poorly after his only previous win.

With question marks against the front two, there might be value in Silent Flame repeating her Ffos Las win from two starts ago.

The mile trip was beyond her at Newbury but she can still prove progressive over this distance.

DAQMAN’S BETS (staked to win 10 points)
BET 2.4pts win BOUNCING BOBBY (3.55 Catterick)
BET 3.5pts win (nap) MYBOYMAX (4.25 Catterick)
BET 3.1pts win SILENT FLAME (8.20 Nottingham)

What are points? Points facilitate a staking plan, which is the secret to creating profit. One point is whatever you choose: a pound, a euro, or whatever ….

Start with a bank and decide how much you can afford to lose over a period of time, and determine the size of your bets accordingly. Daqman makes this variation every day.
