HEAD TO HEAD
(Max 10 only)
09 Jan 2012 Players Championship Spain, Dave Chisnall 6-3 Dean Winstanley
PREVIEW
The next leg in the Professional Darts Corporation calendar takes the players to Dublin where arrows legend Phil Taylor will attempt to defend his crown. He is just 1.1 on BETDAQ to beat Michael Smith so we will look at Dean Winstanley’s opener with Dave Chisnall tonight in the hunt for a better price.
Winstanley is a recent addition to the PDC tour but has failed to make a real impact in the game’s elite and is only ranked 56th in the world. Despite being known for hitting maximum’s with regularity, he sometimes struggles to close out his doubles and he won’t be able to afford to miss many against Chisnall.
Although ‘Chizzy’ has yet to win a PDC premier event, he is a regular in the latter stages of the big tournaments and has won a large number of smaller competitions. He is ranked 13th in the world and should account for his rival tonight.
The 1.59 available on BETDAQ is bigger than many would have expected and that is worth snapping up with Chisnall’s greatest consistency likely to prove wearing for Winstanley.
RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)
Back Chisnall at around 1.59 on BETDAQ: 3 points
Sunday: -4.00 points
OCTOBER RETURN TO DATE: +31.77 points
