PREVIEW
Paolo Di Canio is a controversial figure in football but he is doing a decent job as manager at Swindon Townand they go into today’s League One clash against Coventry City having won four of their last five games. The Robins sit comfortably in the play-off zone and will be hosting a side that has only recently scraped itself out of the relegation zone.
Coventry’s introduction of new manager Mark Robins in an attempt to steady a sinking ship has been successful, as the boss has won both games since he took charge, including an impressive 4-0 rout away to York on Tuesday in the League Trophy.
Whether that form will be enough to topple Swindon at home is another situation all together and the hosts definitely deserve favouritism at around 1.81 on BETDAQ.
These teams have met sparsely in recent decades so the head-to-head records will count for very little. It would be silly to disregard Coventry after the impact Robins has had on the Sky Blues but Swindon can continue to fly high and are a backable price for victory.
