PREVIEW
The biggest surprise about West Ham’s 5-0 FA Cup exit at the hands of Nottingham Forest was that there was so much surprise.

If you field the kind of inexperienced side that Allardyce did, then what else can be expected and that’s even compensating for the fact that he has a long injury list to contend with.

Biggest travesty of all is the contempt that this shows towards both the FA Cup and more importantly fans of the club, particularly those who were taken for a rather long ride and made the journey north to the City Ground.

We saw last night with Sunderland how teams can raise their game in Cup competitions to such an extent to make league form an unreliable form guide and West Ham will need to avoid a heavy defeat at the Etihad so they have SOME chance left in this two-legged affair.

Given that Man City have scored an average of 3.7 goals per home game this season it’s easy to see why ANY OTHER SCORE is trading at the relatively short price of 2.72 on BETDAQ. We can easily see the four goal target being breached tonight.

RECOMMENDATION: (1-10 points)
6 points ANY OTHER SCORE at around 2.72 on BETDAQ
