PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Sunday’s final games of the season in the Premier League with a recommended BETDAQ bet. All the games kick off at 3pm.

BURNLEY V BOURNEMOUTH

3pm It’s the final day of the Premier League and all ten games kick off at 3PM – let’s try and find some winners! We start in alphabetical order with Burnley hosting Bournemouth. Burnley have had an excellent season and will finish safely in 7th position regardless of the result here – they have been in 7th for most of the season after an excellent start! They are without a win in their last five though after losing 5-0 to Arsenal last weekend, while Bournemouth beat a struggling Swansea side at home however they had gone five games without a win prior to that. We can see this being a very close game and Burnley look a little short at 2.22 – that is a tempting lay, however we prefer to back the draw at 3.55 which looks too big.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Draw at 3.55.

CRYSTAL PALACE V WEST BROM

3pm After starting the season so poorly; it has been a remarkable turnaround for Crystal Palace and they go into the last day with a chance to finish in the top ten in the Premier League. Not many would have called that after their season and being nailed to the bottom with no points for so long. West Brom have new life since getting rid of Pardew, however it’s been a case of too little too late for them. Looking at the odds, Palace are too short at 1.8 here – West Brom have had to play Spurs, Liverpool and United within their last four games and they’ve beaten Spurs and United and drew with Liverpool. The pressure is off and they have nothing to lose; we have to lay Palace here at the odds.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Crystal Palace at 1.8.

HUDDERSFIELD V ARSENAL

3pm Huddersfield had an immensely tough run in and managerial staff would have been looking at their position in the table nervously knowing that they had to finish by playing Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal. However they’ve had two superb draws against City and Chelsea and now they have confirmed they’re staying up! That has been a superb achievement – especially considering that City have been playing for the record amount of Premier League points and Chelsea were fighting for a top four spot. We took a chance backing Arsenal away from home against Leicester on Wednesday night and it didn’t pay off. Leicester have been playing poorly and we felt Arsenal could break their habit of losing away – they couldn’t and it impossible to back them here at such short odds. We have to lay Arsenal at 1.65 – that bet jumps off the page today.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Arsenal at 1.65.

LIVERPOOL V BRIGHTON

3pm Liverpool get to end their Premier League season in front of their home fans and they have a Champions League final to look forward to. You might think that it would difficult to see them being fully focused on the job today with the Champions League final so soon, however they have to win to keep their top four spot. With their goal difference; a draw would do – however they won’t be thinking that. The pressure was eased when Chelsea failed to beat Huddersfield midweek, however there is still a job to do here. We can see Liverpool covering the handicap here with so much at stake – Brighton have little to play for and we’ll probably see an open game which should suit Liverpool. They’re currently 1.8 -2 goals in the Asian Handicap (stakes void if they win by two) and that looks good value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Liverpool -2 goals (Asian Handicap) to beat Brighton at 1.8.

MANCHESTER UNITED V WATFORD

3pm United have had a few slip ups recently; however they should get the job done against Watford. It will be interesting to see what side Jose Mourinho names with the FA Cup final just around the corner, and very little to play for here. Watford have been a tough side to get right this season – their form has been very in and out – and on balance United look a little short at 1.31. We’re going to take a chance here and lay United at 1.31 hoping for the shock of the day. The last game of the season can always throw up funny results and with United focusing on the FA Cup final; this might be it.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Manchester United at 1.31.

NEWCASTLE V CHELSEA

3pm Chelsea threw away a great opportunity to pile a bit of pressure on Liverpool today on Wednesday night when only drawing with Huddersfield. They did all the hard work by beating Liverpool, and then let themselves down in front of their home fans against Huddersfield! Huddersfield were fighting to stay up; so perhaps it wasn’t as straight forward as the markets thought and there is still a lot left to play for now. Chelsea simply have to win and hope Liverpool lose against Brighton. They have a fantastic opportunity too as it looks like Newcastle have gone on their holidays early. Since beating Arsenal and going into the top ten; they have lost their last four and we fancy Chelsea to do the business here – 1.68 looks good value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Chelsea to beat Newcastle at 1.68.

SOUTHAMPTON V MANCHESTER CITY

3pm Southampton will be thankful that their spot in the Premier League next season is already safe! Who would want to face Manchester City on the last day of the season to try and stay up! Southampton could play very well here after the pressure was lifted on Tuesday night with a win over Swansea. They have been poor this season no doubt, however when the pressure came on them towards the end of the season they have grinded out results and all credit to them. We feel that we could see a party atmosphere here; it hasn’t been a great season for Southampton bu they’re staying up and Manchester City have had an excellent year. This could be a very open game, and we like Both Teams To Score at 1.75.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Both Teams To Score at 1.75.

SWANSEA V STOKE

3pm It’s funny how the fixture list throws up these type of fixtures – both sides are already relegated (Swansea effectively on goals) however this could have been a huge game. Swansea had some massive games at the bottom of the table recently; they had every chance to stay up and they couldn’t perform well enough to get the results they needed. It’s very hard, almost impossible, to back a team like Swansea at odds on here. They are currently 1.92, and we can’t back those odds when they have failed to beat West Brom and Southampton recently – the teams around them. Stoke have nothing to lose and should have a go – we expect a pretty close game and have to lay Swansea at the odds.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Swansea at 1.92.

TOTTENHAM V LEICESTER

3pm Spurs locked in their top four spot during the week when grinding out a 1-0 win over Newcastle, and they should play with freedom here to end the season. Leicester had been playing like they were on their holidays early this season; however they did comfortably beat Arsenal during the week. Arsenal have been woeful away from home all season though, so we wouldn’t read too much into that game when facing a team like Spurs. We can see both teams playing a very open game here and it could be the most entertaining game of the day. Both Teams To Score is trading 1.72 and that looks great value.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Both Teams To Score at 1.72.

WEST HAM V EVERTON

3pm There’s no doubt that both these sides have had disappointing seasons after their last campaign. Hopes were high after their finishing positions last season, and summer spending – and it just didn’t work out for both clubs. Word during the week is it will be Wayne Rooney’s final game for Everton, and final game in the Premier League more than likely as he has been offered a deal in America. This should be a very close game, and that is reflected in the odds – it’s the most open match odds market of the day. Both sides have very little to play for too, and although goals could be an option it looks very well priced in the markets at the moment. We’re going to take a chance with the draw at 3.5.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Draw at 3.5.
