PREMIER LEAGUE: We preview Tuesday’s Premier League games with a recommended BETDAQ bet including the televised WATFORD v MAN U match.

BRIGHTON V CRYSTAL PALACE

7.45pm After a brilliant weekend, we have some midweek Premier League football to enjoy! We start with the most open market of the night as Palace travel to take on Brighton, with the match odds at the time of writing; Brighton 2.76, Crystal Palace 3.05 and the draw is 3.2. Both sides had to battle hard at the weekend, with Palace coming out on top with a late goal against Stoke and Brighton going down 1-0 to United at Old Trafford. Brighton have only been able to draw their last three here, however they remain unbeaten at home since Man City beat them on the opening day. There’s no doubt that Palace have improved under Hodgson however their away form is still massively letting them down – indeed they arrive here off the back of eight away losses. With that in mind, and Brighton playing well at home, we have to lay Palace at 3.05.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Crystal Palace at 3.05.

LEICESTER V TOTTENHAM

7.45pm These two were top dogs in 2016, and this should be an exciting match. You could say that both had disappointing draws at the weekend, with Spurs more disappointed being held 1-1 at home to West Brom, while Leicester missed their chance to beat a struggled West Ham side. Spurs’ away form has definitely been a lot better than their home form, and looking at Leicester’s record they tend to struggle against the top six sides. After their poor result at the weekend, it could be the time to back Spurs to bounce back with a strong reaction and with them trading 1.79 – that looks like good value to us.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Tottenham to beat Leicester at 1.79.

WATFORD V MANCHESTER UNITED

8pm Watford tend to have plenty of goals in their games, so this could be a very entertaining game! Backing overs hasn’t been profitable in recent United games though, with five of their last six having under 2.5 goals in all competitions. If you fancy Jose to keep it quiet away from home again, unders is trading 2.06. United look a little short here though at 1.7 and at those odds, the value looks to be with laying United. They’ve lost three of their last four in all competitions away from home, and Watford have beaten Arsenal and stopped Liverpool from winning here this season. We just feel this one will be closer than odds of 1.7 suggest, and it looks a good lay from a value point of view.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
Lay Manchester United at 1.7.

WEST BROM V NEWCASTLE

8pm West Brom got the reaction they would have wanted after sacking Tony Pulis when they drew with Spurs. Getting anything from that game would have been a bonus and they battled hard for a draw. They have a great chance to follow that up with a win here too against an out of form Newcastle side. They were beaten 3-0 at home by Watford at the weekend, but their away record is poor too – they’ve lost four of their six away league games and they seem to be struggling a little at the moment. We feel that now is a good time to be against Newcastle, and with West Brom trading 2.46 we feel it’s worth backing them at those odds.

BETDAQ BEST BET:
West Brom to beat Newcastle at 2.46.
