JETSETTING RUBY AT TRAMORE: Ruby Walsh is the man to follow at Tramore tonight.
Ruby Walsh had one ride at Tramore last night – just four days after his great win onboard Bashboy in the Grand National Steeplechase at Ballarat racecourse in Australia on Sunday.
He looks to have a couple of good rides tonight.
Escape Footwear, trained by Willie Mullins, looks to have a straightforward task in the mares maiden hurdle at 6.50pm.
The five-year-old is already a point to point winner and made a winning debut under Rules when winning a Limerick bumper with ease. It’s hard to see him not making a winning hurdling debut.
Walsh also rides My Manekineko in the 6.20 and this one can go well at a price. He was badly hampered on his handicap jumps debut at Kilbeggan and that run is best forgotten.
Although there are only five runners we can get around 4 for the place (1,2) on BETDAQ which is a tempter.
