7.25 Dundalk David Wachman is, as usual, to the forefront of our juvenile-winning stables this year and Pacific Ridge has been lucky with the draw: a better price On Betdaq this morning than Zalantoun.
Wachman is two out of two with his runners in this race, and Pacific Ridge is from a top American family, which he hopes will pass on their ability on a man-made surface. Very strong vibes.
7.55 Dundalk Rambling Dancer, second in this race last year, has been prepared to win it today, one year on.
Though drawn 11, he can take it, if the rider checks out the way he was beaten in 2010 by the winner, who came from stall 13!
8.20 Dundalk (Carlingford Stakes) It’s the race of the night, a Listed which is a nice mix of young and older horses but remember three of these will be s even years old in a very few weeks now.
Having said that, both Northgate and Mid Mon Lady love this CD, and that makes for a tough decision; I cert ainly wouldn’t put you off them each way.
Bob Le Beau, second last year, is the form pick but the decision has to go to a three-year-old, and that has to be Dubawi Star, rested after a failed attempt at a Group 3
