HAPPY NEW YEAR: SHAMROCK starts 2015 with a NAP at Fairyhouse.

Fingers crossed we can have a profitable 2015. I never like pocket talking but thought Petite Parisienne, yesterday’s nap, was given an awful lot to do yesterday. Anyway, that was last year!
Fairyhouse kick off the new year with a seven race card underway at 12.25 on testing ground.
Stuccodor looks the most interesting runner on the card in the opening maiden hurdle.
The Dermot Weld trained runner was classy on the flat, winning the Irish Lincolnshire at the Curragh before going on to finish third in a Listed race at Cork.
He’s a skinny price at 1.49 today but I am going to try and get a good run of naps going in January and I am taking him to make a winning jumps debut.
Despite the field size this doesn’t look to be a race that has too much strength in depth and hopefully be winning nap 9 from the last 15.
