FRIDAY IN EUROPE: Our football tipster The Ultra previews Friday’s games between HOFFENHEIM v KOLN and PSG v ANGERS both with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

HOFFENHEIM V KOLN

7.30pm After what was a fantastic International break this time around, club football is back with a bang on Friday night! We have two interesting games to focus on with one fixture from the Bundesliga and one from Ligue 1 on BETDAQ Betting Exchange . We start in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim hosting Koln. It’s fair to say it’s been a pretty average start to the season for Hoffenheim, and they’ll be hoping International break will turn things around for them. Koln are the exact opposite – they have started the season in flying form, and they currently sit in sixth. Koln have always been a good side looking at the xG numbers, but they haven’t got the results they deserved over the last two seasons. It’s nice to see them finally starting to win games. We should have an entertaining game tonight!

Koln love to be play an open game, and that has worked against them in the past to be honest. I know they create a lot of chances, but they concede quite a few too. It’s no surprise to see both teams score in a lot of Koln games, and actually both teams have scored in all seven of Koln’s games this season. That makes Both Teams To Score a pretty tempting bet here at 1.51, especially considering Hoffenheim have actually conceded more goals than Koln this season – 11 in seven games. I wouldn’t agree with the market here having Hoffenheim so short at 2.1 – they deserve to be favourites, but not that price in my opinion. They are a tempting bet given how well Koln have played this season, but the stand out bet here is Both Teams To Score at 1.51. It jumps off the page looking at the stats.

The Ultra Says:
Four points win Both Teams To Score at 1.51 with BETDAQ Exchange.

PSG V ANGERS

8pm Next we move over to Ligue 1 where PSG host Angers. After a morale boosting 2-0 win in Paris against Manchester City in the Champions League, I was very surprised to see PSG lose 2-0 to Rennes the weekend before the International break. They can have no excuses too; all the main attacking stars played. I felt the 1.66 was incredible value, and sure enough the market moved into 1.5 before kick off but they couldn’t get the job done. The xG numbers said they were unlucky to lose the game, but they still didn’t deserve to win. It was a very average and disappointing performance – perhaps with the focus on the Champions League they took their eye off Ligue 1, really and truly they should have probably gone unbeaten in Ligue 1 this season but that would have never happened given the drive to win the Champions League.

Onto tonight however, and they face a decent Angers side here. They start the weekend in fourth position and they have been playing good football. Obviously we are dealing with a huge gulf in class here, but you’re going to get that with every side in Ligue 1 when compared to PSG these days! The market is expecting a straightforward home win with PSG trading 1.33 at the time of writing. Although Angers are up towards the top of the table and to be fair to them, they have been pretty solid, when you look deeper at their xG figures you can see that they are there for the taking. Their away performances tend to be lower than their home performances, and they have created some low xG figures at times. I’m expecting this to be one way traffic for PSG, and they are worth backing on the handicap. They are trading 1.89 -1.5 goals and that looks good value.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win PSG -1.5 goals to beat Angers at 1.89 with BETDAQ Exchange.
