CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL: The Ultra previews PSG v INTER MILAN with a recommended BETDAQ bet.

🏆 8pm It’s Champions League Final time on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE and we have a blockbuster tie on Saturday night! PSG take on Inter Milan in what should be a cracker from the Allianz Arena in Munich. There’s plenty of excellent narratives heading into this tie – both sides have come through dramatic moments in this Champions League. Not many football fans would have given PSG a chance heading to Anfield 1-0 down for the second leg at the Last 16 stage, and then of course we had quite possibly the best Champions League Semi-Final ever with Inter Milan getting past Barcelona.
Both clubs have provided a tonne of superb moments this season – hopefully we get a very entertaining game here. Especially after the immensely boring Europa League Final between Spurs and Manchester United! PSG come into the game as the favourites at 2.3 with Inter Milan 3.55 and the draw is 3.45 at the time of writing. Luis Enrique has done a wonderful job rebuilding PSG after they lost Neymar, Messi and Mbappe – however, this is the first time PSG have gone to battle without a big world star and it’s working for them. We always heard about issues in the dressing room and players not happy; this season they have been together as one, and to be honest there was very little behind the top three anyway when they were there.
A clip went viral during the season about Luis Enrique on losing his young daughter with bone cancer aged nine, so it’s fair to say most neutral fans will be supporting PSG here. He had a lot of support after that video, despite it being from a few years ago now. PSG won Ligue 1 easily and they also won the Coupe de France, but as we all know given the gulf in class between them and the rest in France – the Champions League is always the acid test. Inter Milan could have also come here aiming for the treble – but they lost Serie A to Napoli in a battle that went right to the final matchday and they went out of the Coppa Italia in a Milan Derby at the Semi-Final stage. They finished Serie A with the second highest attacking figure, and they were in the top five on defensive figures.
Inter Milan haven’t exactly been overly impressive domestically this season. They have come through some immensely difficult and tough battles in the Champions League though. You could say it’s easy to understand why PSG are favourites looking at Inter’s domestic results, but then they got here through Bayern Munich and Barcelona! PSG have the best attacking and defensive figures in France, but that’s no surprise is it. Arsenal made a big fuss about being unlucky against PSG in the Semi-Final, and I have to say I was disappointed with the PSG performance given how good they were against Liverpool earlier in the tournament.
It’ll be interesting to see how this one plays out. We have two very talented sides going forward – Inter have conceded more chances than they would have liked this season. PSG have kept some of their big games very tight – away to Liverpool and Arsenal – at home they have been a lot more attacking. It’ll be interesting to see how they set up at a neutral venue now. I know Inter could have much better stats domestically, but you have to be impressed with their journey here. I look at this game and I can’t see past a very competitive game, and I just feel that the 2.3 on PSG is a little short. I would have a more open betting heat with Inter Milan and the draw a little shorter. From a value point of view, I’m happy with a PSG lay – I expect a closer game than the odds suggest!
