REAL MADRID V RAYO VALLECANO

3.15pm We have a cracking Sunday from Europe on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE! We have action from La Liga and Serie A to enjoy; undoubtedly the highlight of the day in Juventus v Atalanta in Serie A later, but we kick off the day with Real Madrid hosting Rayo Vallecano. Real Madrid grinded out a 2-1 win midweek in the Champions League against Atletico Madrid, but they have a lot of work to do in the La Liga title race after losing to Real Betis last weekend. They come into this weekend three points behind Barcelona, and with Barcelona playing on Saturday Real could start this game six points behind. Rayo Vallecano are having an excellent season as they sit in seventh, but this is a game that most football fans will be expecting Real to win. Real come into the game as the red-hot favourites at 1.3 with Rayo Vallecano 11.5 and the draw is 6.4 at the time of writing. It’ll be interesting to see can Rayo Vallecano frustrate Real here; they have kept their games exceptionally tight this season. They’ve only scored and conceded a little over one goal per game on average. Their xG figures are higher, but they haven’t been kind to backers of Over 2.5 goals!

Real have struggled at times this season, obviously Mbappe has been a target given Real won La Liga and the Champions League last season. I wouldn’t be rushing to take the 1.3 on the home win here – there’s no getting away from the gulf in class between the sides but it’s hard to make the case that the 1.3 is massive value here. I wouldn’t be one to take such short odds; but I wouldn’t include Real in a weekend Acca. Under 2.5 goal backers have collected in eight of the last ten Rayo Vallecano La Liga games – that’s trading 2.6 which I have to say was a surprise when I clicked into the market. However, when the sides met earlier in the season they played out an entertaining 3-3 draw! Rayo Vallecano’s highest scoring game of the season! Under 3.5 goals is trading 1.63 too which is a nice price – I know Real have immense attacking talent that could blow any side anyway, but Rayo Vallecano have been able to grind out a lot of results this season. They haven’t offered much going forward themselves either, so I’m happy with a position on Under 3.5 goals here.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Under 3.5 goals at 1.63 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.

JUVENTUS V ATALANTA

7.45pm We move over to Serie A to finish Sunday, and this fixture is the highlight of the weekend in Europe in my opinion! Juventus host Atalanta in what should be a cracker. We had an interesting weekend last week in Serie A – the top three all dropped points as Inter Milan and Napoli drew, and Atalanta couldn’t take advantage of that. Atalanta have definitely dropped off the pace recently with just three wins from their last ten Serie A games. They have been very tough to beat of course, but they’ve just had too many draws – much like Juventus this season! Despite that run, Atalanta are only three points behind Inter Milan at the top of the table – after being miles away with a remarkable amount of drawn games, Juventus now sit six points behind Inter – not a million miles away. Obviously this game is huge for both going with a view to what is going to happen – both sides need a win if they have any chance of getting heavily into the title race. You might even suggest including Juventus in the title race is a bit of a stretch but they do have some excellent momentum at the moment.

Juventus have won their last five games when the three sides above them have been dropping points, so you never know. As you would expect, we have an open betting heat. Juventus come into the game as the 2.6 favourites with Atalanta 3.05 and the draw is 3.35 at the time of writing. Atalanta have the best attacking figure in Serie A this season, but as I highlighted above they’ve struggled to get over the line in games recently – a problem Juventus haven’t had. Both sides have been impressive at the back; they are both in the top five on defensive figures, Juventus have the second best in Serie A with an average xG conceded of just 1.05. When Juventus were going through their average run at the start of the season, there was a lot of value in laying them – recently their average xG created is increasing so they are clearly creating more and playing better football. I feel this is the right time to support them with Atalanta going through a little rough patch – probably highlighted too with Club Brugge knocking them out of the Champions League as well – I’m happy to take the 2.6 on Juventus here.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Juventus to beat Atalanta at 2.6 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
