BARCELONA V MALLORCA

8.30pm We might not have Champions League action this week, but we have some huge midweek games from Europe on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE. The title race continues from La Liga on Tuesday with Barcelona hosting Mallorca – Barcelona fans must have been getting excited watching Real Madrid v Athletic Bilbao on Sunday night, but Real pulled a win out of the fire to keep the pressure on Barcelona with a 93rd minute winner! The gap is still four points coming into this week, and as I said at the weekend, it’s very important Barcelona keep the cushion of two games given they have Champions League commitments.

Let’s not forget they have a huge El Clasico Cope del Rey Final coming up too. We actually had an immensely dramatic weekend in the title race – Real obviously found the winner in the 93rd minute, but what about Barcelona? They needed a 98th minute winner from the penalty spot to beat Celta Vigo here. Talk about drama. When I said Barcelona fans must have been getting excited watching Real, what about Real fans on Saturday? Barcelona went 3-1 down in the 62nd minute!

As you would expect, Barcelona come into this game as the red-hot favourites. The market is very confident on a home win here – Barcelona are trading 1.24 with Mallorca 15.0 and the draw is 7.6 at the time of writing. Mallorca are actually having a superb season too; they currently sit in seventh spot which would get them into the Europa Conference League which would be a great achievement for them. They are over-performing because they have an attacking figure in the bottom six! Their average xG created is only 1.23, and they are even converting less than that – they’ve really struggled in front of goal this season.

Despite their place in the table, xG figures are well known now so it’s easy to understand why Barcelona are so short. You can’t knock Barcelona as Champions this season if that is to be the case – they have the best attacking figure and the best defensive figure. Although they shipped three goals at the weekend, they have been very impressive at the back and because Mallorca have been so limited in attack, I feel Barcelona can keep a clean sheet here on the way to winning. Both Teams Not To Score is worth a small investment at 1.87.

The Ultra Says:
One point win Both Teams Not To Score at 1.87 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
