RB LEIPZIG V HERTHA BERLIN

5.30pm We start the Wednesday evening Bundesliga action with RB Leipzig at home to Hertha Berlin. Leipzig blew away Mainz at the weekend and they are having a brilliant season. They started this round of fixture in third and are unbeaten in eight. They should win here, although we won’t get rich backing them given their 1.35 on BETDAQ Exchange. Hertha will give them a tough test however. They’ve came back from lockdown with a bang, scoring seven goals without conceding. They ran out 4-0 winners of the Berlin Derby and while Leipzig will probably outclass them, let’s see what value the markets offer.

Both sides are showing an xG per game of over 3 here. Leipzig have an xG of nearly 4 at home this season and Hertha more than 3. I’m particularly interested in the goal markets here because Leipzig are scoring close to 3 goals at home while Hertha are conceding over 1.5 but given they have come back with 3-0 and 4-0 wins; I can see a very attacking game here. Over 2.5 goals is 1.41, however BTTS is looks large at 1.69. Hertha can score here given the open nature of Leipzig and they have bags of confidence coming here too. I’m surprised over 3.5 goals is nearly 2.0 but BTTS is so big.

The Ultra Says:
Three points win Both Teams To Score at 1.69 with BETDAQ Exchange.

UNION BERLIN V MAINZ

7.30pm This is an interesting fixture with both sides looking to bounce back from big defeats. Either could score and Union Berlin conceded four while Mainz conceded five in their last fixtures. Over the whole season though both sides can consider themselves unlucky to be where they are in the table, particularly Union. They are currently 13th heading into this midweek round of fixture while their xG would put them 7th, quite a big change. The reality is however they haven’t scored since coming back from lockdown – they did have to play Bayern Munich in their first fixture though.

This could be a cagey game given neither side have won yet since returning. However, Mainz away games are showing more than 4 goals and Union home games close to 3. Those stats aren’t reliable though because both sides have been conceding goals rather than scoring themselves. Mainz have conceded more than they’ve scored away while Union have both scored and conceded 18. There’s bound to be mistakes here and over 2.5 goals looks worth a small bet at 1.86. The only reason stakes are small is because they might actually cancel each other out!

The Ultra Says:
One point win Over 2.5 goals at 1.86 with BETDAQ Exchange.

HOFFENHEIM V KOLN

7.30pm A nice open match odds market to finish Wednesday’s preview. We were desperately unlucky with Koln as a max bet at the weekend, they went 2-0 down and came back to 2-2, but their xG was close to 3 and the away side only had an xG of 0.29. That’s football though. Over the course of the year these bets even out. Hoffenheim should have won at the weekend too, but the game finished 1-1 away to Paderborn. BTTS looks big here at 1.5 on BETDAQ Exchange.

Hoffenheim have conceded 34 goals at home this season, more than expected (28) and Koln have conceded 29 away from home. Koln have had two 2-2 games since returning and are generally always involved in good games. That hasn’t been good for their league position but with Hoffenheim scoring more than their expected at home this season BTTS is a very solid play here at the odds.

The Ultra Says:
Two points win Both Teams To Score at 1.5 with BETDAQ Exchange.
