GROUP 3 ACTION AT TIPPERARY: SHAMROCK looks ahead to the Coolmore Stud Fairy Bridge Stakes, a Group 3 for fillies at 5.40pm.

The nap was second yesterday so the current sequence is 4 WINNING NAPS FROM THE LAST 6.

10 runners go to post for the Group 3 Coolmore Stud Fairy Bridge Stakes at Tipperary tonight including last year’s winner Tested.

The Dermot Weld trained runner won this in style last season by four lengths but this year’s renewal looks a little tougher and the ground is more testing. Tested comes into this on the back of a narrow defeat by Laviniad (also running here) at the Galway Festival and she looks opposable tonight.

I think Ainippe is again the one. She is on course for a hat-trick of Group 3 wins and is versatile going wise. This will be her longest trip to date – but she stayed on well to win the Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse over seven furlongs last time out and didn’t look as though the extra half furlong tonight will cause too many problems.

Most of the others are relatively exposed and trying this class for the first time – or, in the case of Tamadhor, have already found Group level too testing.
