ARISE SIR RASTON: SHAMROCK naps in the opening maiden at Dundalk tonight.
Sir Raston let his supporters down when a beaten favourite a week ago in handicap company but the recovery mission looks on tonight with Dermot Weld dropping him back to maiden company.
He’s proving hard to win with but has run some good races here at Dundalk all in handicap company and stands out in tonight’s opener which looks a very modest contest.
There doesn’t appear to be much money about for sole debutant Tamazan so the biggest danger may come from the lightly raced Lusis Naturea who looks in need of this step up in distance.
