11-2 WIN FOR GUINEAS DOUBLE: Daqman completed the Irish Guineas double yesterday, with his number one, the ‘explosive’ filly, Pleascach (WON 11-2 from 9.6 on BETDAQ), in the 1,000 Guineas, following straight on from his diamond banker on Gleneagles in the 2,000 at The Curragh on Saturday:

WON 2-5 Gleneagles (Diamond Banker)
WON 11-2 Peascach (from BETDAQ 9.6)

NOW 34-8 CLEAR OF PRICEWISE: Daqman landed a double whammy in the fillies’ Classic, with a lay on the runner-up, Found, and the win bet on Pleascach. That takes him into a 34-8 lead over Pricewise of the Racing Post, 175-81 clear overall.

TON-UP BID AT ROYAL ASCOT: Daqman has now had more wins on the Flat in this value-bets challenge this year than in the whole of the last NH season, when he beat Pricewise 33-14. He targeted Royal Ascot next month as the time to go 100 ahead.

16.0 LONG SHOTS IN BETDAQ RACES AT WINDSOR

12.45 Windsor Paper-favourite Premier Currency for Richard Hannon was being pressed for the market lead on BETDAQ early mouse this morning by the 12-1 forecast Modest, a Kyllachy who must have been showing up well on the gallops for Michael Bell.

Another in the race catching the eye in his work is speedy Gerrard’s Quest (Marco Botti), whose young sire, Captain Gerrard, has already had 46 winners over 5-6f.

Both Bell and Botti are still to get a two-year-old winner this season but paddocks reports suggest that this is by no means cut and dried for Hannon, who already has 10 (strike-rate 22%).

1.15 Windsor As in the first race, Team Hannon confuses us with two runners. The yard’s record is 1112012103 in a decade when no clear favourite has won.

No Delusion is favourite to follow up on his Lingfield maiden, which leaves us able to dutch at around 6.4 each of the Hannon duo, Divine Law, a CD winner already this month, and Who Dares Wins, back in trip and the choice of Richard Hughes.

2.20 Windsor (Betdaq 50% Comm Back First 3 Months Handicap) Though King Crimson, another Captain Gerrard, is dropped in class here, he hasn’t looked in love with the game this season.

But, when Vimy Ridge pulled the same trick, down from Listed and class 2, he was the ‘moral’ at Chelmsford, giving 10lb to the winner, beaten less than a length.

Vimy Ridge has won a furlong further but could get a good tow from front-runners Francisco and Majestic Hero, over this minimum trip, and a bigger danger may be Just Us Two.

Robert Cowell is a crack trainer of sprinters and must be pleased with the handicap mark allotted to Just Us Two, who progressed smoothly in the autumn after a green-as-green start at Sandown in the summer.

2.55 Windsor (Betdaq.com £20 Free Bet & 3% Comm Handicap) Another dropped in class is last year’s winner, Starwatch, getting on in years now but who landed a hat-trick last summer and has won three times at Windsor.

Solo Hunter will probably play catch-me but is plenty high enough in the weights for what he’s done, while Mubtadi and Rembrandt Van Rijn have to translate their AW form to turf.

Starwatch is huge at 16.0 on BETDAQ this morning and you should get at least 4.0 a place with three chances of collecting in a 10-runner field.

4.05 Windsor (Cash out On The Betdaq+ App Handicap) Don’t Have It Then won four times last year and hasn’t been dropped to this level since defeat by a nose and a neck in April.

The handicapper has kindly helped him with a 4lb ratings reduction, and – this time by the kindness and courage of BETDAQ layers – he’s 16.0 as I write.

He’s 8lb better here on their meeting in April with Plucky Dip, who was good enough to place on a class 2 on AW.

Trojan Rocket is 10lb lower on turf than for his latest Chelmsford success, and won this race two years ago, all of which makes him hard to ignore.

Kinglami was just pipped in the final strides here three weeks back but his winning turf form is on soft ground at least 7lb lower. Shingle is also high in the handicap.

Equity Risk, who was was more than capable of winning this two years ago, needs to bounce back on his reappearance but scored first time on his first start in 2012 and 2013 and might have done the same last year but fr soft ground and racing in too high a grade.

With such cracking offers about Don’t Have It Then (16.0 on BETDAQ early mouse) and Trojan Rocket (9.8) in a 108% orange, we can afford a stakes saver on Equity Risk.
