NEEBOR TO HAVE MORE LUCK
⭕ 6.45 Lingfield Drouthy Neebor is on something of a recovery mission having pulled up when favourite last time out at Wolverhampton but his form prior to that was more than solid enough to land a contest like this.
He had a legitimate excuse as his saddle slipped and hopefully will be none the worse for the experience.
He’s back in trip tonight to 1m 4f but actually ran one his best career races when third over this trip at Kempton last September.
The Andrew Balding trained Casual Encounter is the biggest danger according to the Betdaq Betting Exchange market but has been beaten by a total over 40 lengths in three starts to date and I’d like to see a little more at this stage.

⭕ 7.00 Wolverhampton Noble Consort is in terrific form and a hat-trick looks on the cards for the Julie Camacho trained runner.
He’s 8lb up in the weights but still might have something up his sleeve judged by his latest two wins at Southwell and at Chelmsford where he scored by three lengths last month.
The market is made for us by the presence of Collusion who is also a multiple winner and bids for a four-timer here.
Two of his wins have come over course and distance but they have both also come by neck winning margins so the further hike in the weights might make life tougher.

⭕ 8.00 Wolverhampton This looks one of the most competitive races of the day and it would be no surprise to see 5/1 the field chalked up.
Pessoa and Aspire To Glory were heading the morning market and both are holding their form remarkably well but at bigger pries I’m keen on the chance of River Alwen who has been running well here off this mark over a slightly longer trip.
He often takes a keen hold in his races and might be hard to peg back.
Royal Observatory is up 3lb for his course and distance win last time out but this looks tougher.
