SHAMROCK AT LIMERICK: SHAMROCK heads to Limerick on Sunday for his best bet of the day.
The sequence of naps came to an end yesterday when Nichols Canyon got no further than the third before unseating rider Ruby Walsh.
Colleague DAQMAN has previewed the big race action at Leopardstown today and I am switching to Limerick for the bet of the day in the Irish Independent Hurdle (Listed) at 2.05pm.
It looks very much a match on paper and the BETDAQ market between Kitten Rock and Max Dynamite.
Both have very different profiles. Kitten Rock is more experienced and comes here on the back of a decisive win in a Grade 3 at Naas when he took a while to get into it but won readily in the end. Kitten Rock had previously run a sound race in a Grade 1 at Punchestown to finish fourth to Abbyssial.
In contrast, Max Dynamite has had just the one start for Willie Mullins since joining from France. He quickened nicely clear to win a maiden hurdle at Thurles but clearly this will be a lot tougher.
At the prices I prefer the potential of Max Dynamite who was campaigned at the top level on the flat and remains an exciting prospect over hurdles.
