Irish racing from Clonmel on Thursday and my nap runs in the second race on the card, the Cashel Maiden Hurdle at 1.55.
I’m keen here on the chances of Roman Gold who finished fourth in what looked a better event at Punchestown on his seasonal reappearance earlier this month. That was his jumping debut and the drop back in trip should help his cause today.
Tongie has several placed efforts to his name and is the obvious danger if fully wound up after 210 days off the track.
