CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEMI-FINAL: The Ultra previews INTER MILAN v BARCELONA with a recommended BETDAQ bet.
INTER MILAN V BARCELONA
8pm It’s crunch time in the Champions League Semi-Finals this week on BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE! We have another blockbuster week ahead with the two Semi-Finals in the balance. We kick off the action on Tuesday night with Inter Milan hosting Barcelona, and these sides played out a thrilling 3-3 in the first leg – hopefully we get as much drama and action here! Inter would have been delighted with a draw in Barcelona given Barcelona went into that game odds on, but after getting 2-0 up early they will be kicking themselves they didn’t close it out as a win.
That being said, before kick off a draw and back to Milan for the second leg was probably their plan. Barcelona created over two and a half times what Inter Milan did in the first leg, so although they took a two goal lead, they were reasonably lucky to get a draw. It will be fascinating to see will home advantage change things here – Barcelona were much the better side in the first leg and they’ve been the better side on performance levels this season too.
Barcelona come into the game as the favourites at 2.3 with Inter Milan 3.15 and the draw is 3.95 at the time of writing. Inter managed to notch up a win in Serie A at the weekend, but given prior to that they put in back-to-back losses, they are still three points behind Napoli with only three games left. Barcelona opted to rest players at the weekend, and when Real Valladolid took an early lead there must have been a few nervous faces on the bench but they managed to bounce back to have a firm grip on top spot. We have a huge few days for Barcelona now – obviously this game and then El Clasico at the weekend which will effectively clinch the title for them or give them a very nervy finish.
Barcelona have been exceptionally good this season. They have the best attacking and defensive figure in La Liga, and it’s hard to argue with them winning the title there. Inter have got some big results in the Champions League, but their under-lining numbers aren’t close to Barcelona. Not only that, but it was clear to me that Barcelona were the better side in the first leg. They dominated possession and created the best quality chances. They have to do it the hard way now away from home, but I’d have them shorter than 2.3 and I’m happy with a confidence bet on the away win.
The Ultra Says:
Three points win Barcelona to beat Inter Milan at 2.3 with BETDAQ BETTING EXCHANGE.
